Armin and Julia Berger therefore immediately send their daughter-in-law away again. However, they have made the calculation without Sonja: the young woman fights for her child and against the past.
It was an accident, says Sonja Knecht. For murdering her husband she spent six years in prison. Now she is 28 and on parole again outside. She goes directly to her son. But Tim lives with her parents-in-law, who make him believe that his mother is dead.
